Just adding more pieces of skin and filling in cracks with spot putty. It looks like I'll need to break out the bondo this weekend as much as I dislike using the stuff.
The door opens and closes pretty good although it's flimsy. Since I couldn't line it up using adjustable hinges, I had to add an extra layer of styrene to compensate. Another compromise involved not having the door go to the bottom of his torso which isn't correct but not too a big deal.
